Power Crunch Protein Energy Bars claims to be “the perfect ratio protein/carbohydrate/fat, producing instant and sustained energy flow and a low glycemic response”. It uses a blend of natural sugar and sucralose (“Splenda”) for its carb content and it’s protein content is Whey protein. According to the description on their website the product is safe for kids and adults. It can even be used by diabetics who should first consult with their physician. The bar appears to be a chocolate-covered wafer that comes in multiple different flavors.
